David fully managed every aspect of the build from sourcing and ordering the most cost effective materials to dealing with suppliers and deliveries. I was also very impressed with the way David managed the other trades and their time keeping. No one trade was ever holding another trade up, they all seemed to work seamlessly together and their quality of workmanship was outstanding.
